Automation of calculations of indicators of preparedness of athletes engaged in karate using a Web application

The article is devoted to the actual questions of improvement of sports training of the qualified
sportsmen engaged in karate. To help make decisions to optimize sports training we have developed
a web application to control and record statistical indicators of training of qualified athletes in martial
arts. For the rational planning of training loads and measures to improve sports preparedness it is always
necessary to have information about the features of the development of the processes of fatigue and
recovery in the body of athletes after certain training cycles, as well as the parameters of the cumulative
effect of several different in direction, nature and magnitude of training loads in training microcycles.
Optimization of sports training with the use of means of oriental health-improving technologies, increases
the professional level of preparedness of athletes. To help make decisions on optimizing sports training
we have developed a web application to control and record statistical indicators of training of skilled
athletes in martial arts. Web-application allows to automate the calculation of indicators of training of
skilled athletes engaged in karate with the use of the means of oriental health technologies. The webapplication
will reduce the burden on the trainer to calculate and systematize the indicators of the
preparedness of athletes. Data collection can be represented by different time periods of training
cycles, with data storage about each athlete being centralized. The development of a web application
allows to significantly improve the process of data preparation in the preparatory period. Based on
the collected data, the coach can analyze the results, to identify positive or negative dynamics of
development of the athlete, and in time to make a decision to adjust the training program of the athlete.
