Abstract

The article examines the influence of ergonomic movements on the deformation of clothing, which is considered one of the most important factors affecting the quality of sportswear for tennis players. The study was conducted on a tennis court by observing the player's movements during the game and training. The most frequently repeated movements of a tennis player occurring in continuous motion were analyzed and their characteristics were given. The deformations of each movement leading to a qualitative change in every detail of clothing are clarified. The information obtained as a result of the research plays an important role in the design of tennis players' clothing. These results are recommended for use in the design of tennis player's clothing at the stage of developing a constructive solution and technological processing.
