Abstract

In this scientific article, the authors consider the conditions for improving the health of the population by means of physical culture and sports, analyze the main activities and conditions, the implementation of which will increase the number of people engaged in physical culture and mass sport; some statistical data on the equipment of the sports infrastructure of the regions and the increase in the number of sports facilities of various directions in the context of the regions of the Republic of Kazakhstan are given; the results of the analysis of the possibility of using sports facilities for the organization of physical exercises of the population of the Republic of Kazakhstan of various age categories are presented; quantitative indicators of the provision of regions of Kazakhstan, in accordance with sports are presented; the authors offer reasonable recommendations for further effective use of sports facilities and conditions of access of the population to objects of various forms of ownership.
