Abstract

The authors summarize theoretical justifications for the formation of an individual style of competitive actions of judoka in important sections: anthropometric data; functional capabilities of body systems; physical training, i.e. the development of physical qualities - speed, strength, agility, endurance and flexibility; technical and tactical training and psychological characteristics of the individual, substantiate the content of sections with concrete confirmations - practical examples from coaching and research work. The article describes the methods used for each of the sections when conducting scientific and methodological research with Kazakhstani judoists of various ages and sports qualifications with specific data that allowed us to build the process of forming their style with an emphasis on the advantage of athletes in various sections, which became the basis for the formation of an individual style of competitive actions.
