Modern views of specialists on the problem of training specialists in physical culture and sports

Abstract

The article reveals the modern views of specialists on the components of the problem of training specialists in physical culture and sports. The characteristics of such national games as kokpar, audarispak, tenge alu, zhamby atu, alaman baiga, assik atu, togyzkumalak are given. The scope of sambo technique for students, allowing them to study it at the initial stage of preparation. It is shown that the introduction of the procedure of actions, the content of the operational structure, the search for tools to increase interest in educational and cognitive work is important. Principles of personnel training for the physical culture and sports industry. Attention is drawn to the fact that there is no federal law in the USA that would establish some kind of framework for physical education in the country's schools. Training in physical education and sports in the UK is focused on training specialists in the field of school hygiene, physical education teachers at school. It is shown that there is an insufficient degree of staffing in the Republic of Kazakhstan. The issue of training high-level personnel in the sport of higher achievements is relevant.
