The article defines modern conceptual approaches to the organization and functioning of psychological services in strengthening the health of students. These approaches allow us to identify the main principles of psychological service in higher education: humanistic orientation, professionalism, interaction of all participants in the educational process, individuality, dialysis, inclusion of all participants in the educational process in joint activities. Based on the main purpose of functioning of system of psychological service in the University creates favorable conditions for development and strengthening of social health of all participants of educational process, especially students, are articulated tasks that must be performed to achieve this goal in the process. Psychologists say that during the entire period of study at the university, some students are in a state of stress, which can be associated with closing the session, getting bad grades, etc. They are characterized by a decrease in performance, memory, and perceived learning content.
