Abstract

The authors carried out a comparative analysis of the technical actions assessed by the judges in the competitive matches of the Championships of the Republic of Kazakhstan in judo among women in 2016 and 2021, determined the arsenal of techniques used by judokas in standing game and groundwork, as well as the quality of the assessments, scientifically substantiated, changes in the quantity and quality of various groups of techniques evaluated by judges, the relationship of various techniques used in competitions with the content of the training process, which is expressed in the amount of time allotted for technical, general and special physical training, their orientation, taking into account the natural inclinations and abilities of judokas. Recommendations are offered on the organization of the training process, taking into account the individual competitive activity of judokas, their physical fitness, groups of techniques used in various weight categories in the standing and on the ground.
