Methodology of using national game methods in the formation of a healthy lifestyle of students

The article discusses the regular and frequent use of now forgotten elements of folk games in the
formation of interest in healthy lifestyles among the younger generation, in the classroom through a
competitive method. It is also noted that the use of national games in the educational process awakens
patriotism, promotes friendship of ethnic groups, creates conditions for an initial acquaintance with the
culture of a nation, its language (game names, game terms). The possibility of a wide acquaintance
of the young generation with the features of games and cultural traditions of their nation and the
differentiation of games of different ethnic groups was studied. The use of methods of folk ethnopedagogy
in the variant part of the lessons of physical education, extracurricular and out-of-school
activities and ways of games in the preparatory, main and final part of the lesson for the removal of
fatigue are considered.
