Abstract

The article discussed the opinions of domestic and foreign experts in the field of physical culture,
philosophy, pedagogy, psychology, physiology and other sciences about the relationship between
the development of motor skills of adolescents, about the motives and needs in various forms of motor
activity, age dynamics of schoolchildren’s health. The issues of the distribution of the curriculum in the
physical culture program were also considered, including the issues of organizing and improving the
effectiveness of lessons at school in the direction of the extracurricular circle of physical culture and
sports games. In order to increase the interest of young students in physical education classes at a
modern physical education lesson and eliminate methodological imbalances in the distribution of
the curriculum, it is necessary to introduce sports games in the reserve approach in most of the lesson.
And also, the possibility of an effective physical education lesson is considered in connection with the
peculiarities of the construction of the lesson sections.
