The current state and problems of development of the branch of physical culture and sports in the Republic of Kazakhstan

Abstract

The article presents the data of the research work on the comprehensive study of the organizational and legal aspects of the organization and management of the sphere of physical culture and sports in the Republic of Kazakhstan and the search for ways to improve the efficiency of the process of managing the sphere of physical culture and sports at the regional level.  The conducted research allowed us to identify the current state of development of the management system of physical culture and sports in the Kazakhstan, as well as to identify ways to improve its effectiveness. The main measures to improve the efficiency of the management system of physical culture and sports in the region, according to experts, are: increasing the financing of mass and youth sports and changing the legislative framework governing activities in the field of physical culture and sports have spoken out; increasing the powers of regional departments of physical culture and sports; attracting commercial structures in the development of physical culture and sports and increasing the powers of public associations.
