The effectiveness of the implementation of the components of the concept of the updated content of education in secondary classes on the subject of "physical culture"

The article develops the concept of scientific and methodological support for the implementation of the updated content of education on the subject of "physical culture" in the secondary classes of secondary schools of the Republic of Kazakhstan. It includes the purpose and objectives; problems of teaching physical culture, insufficient competence of physical education teachers; inadequate degree of design of planning documents; inadequate motivation of middle school students to physical education; updating of work on the above-mentioned components; implementation of the concept itself. The aspects of the implementation of the following elements of the developed concept are highlighted: a thematic plan for the professional development of physical education teachers for the implementation of the concept; a roadmap for the implementation of the concept; a training seminar with physical education teachers in Aktobe; methodological recommendations "Implementation of the concept of scientific and methodological support for the implementation of the updated content of education on the subject "physical culture" of the Republic of Kazakhstan in educational organizations of Aktobe regions". Positive changes have been identified in the dynamics of physical fitness of middle school students, namely: running for 60 m; long jump with a running start; throwing a ball; pulling up on the crossbar. The positive dynamics of the formation of the competencies of physical education teachers is shown, especially in terms of such indicators as "proficiency in translating the topic of the lesson into a pedagogical mission"; "proficiency in setting pedagogical goals and objectives"; "proficiency in teaching methods"; "proficiency in developing an educational program"; "proficiency in decision-making in various pedagogical circumstances". Positive changes in the dynamics of the formation of motivation of middle school students to self-systematic performance of staged tasks are stated, namely: the number of students with low motivation has decreased; the number of students with a positive attitude has increased; good motivation and the highest possible level of motivation.
