Abstract

This study examines the impact of internal conflict on the motivation of athletes. The article carried out a theoretical analysis and synthesis of normative-legal, psychological and pedagogical scientific research, the main formulations of the main ideas were given. Motivation is defined as a means of achieving effective and independent human activity, stability of the will, activation of the necessary important mechanisms for activity. Also, taking into account the impact of internal conflict on relationships, its possibility in the process of learning and training, taking into account the possibility of observing, evaluating and understanding the impact of internal conflict in each athlete. The possibility of an athlete who feels internal conflict can sometimes achieve the goal at the time of occurrence is described. We found that generalized internal conflict is a discrepancy between knowledge, opinions, attitudes and actions, surrounding human behavior. We have described a model of a close relationship between internal conflict and personality mood. We determined that internal conflict is the main factor influencing the internal and external motivation of an athlete.
