Abstract

This article discusses the rationale and development of proposals for the differentiated development of high-speed qualities of football players. This work contains the main problems of the development of speed qualities in the preparation of an athlete. The theoretical part of the study contains introductory data about the key "figures" in the problem of this work. The research was based on the results taken from the practical part of the study. To achieve the objectivity of the results, we used the data of our own research, methods of analysis, questionnaires, expert survey and pedagogical test. The conducted research makes it possible to formulate a conclusion that with the correct development exercises for the differentiated development of speed qualities in football players, the results of sports activity show positive dynamics. A differentiated approach to the development of high-speed qualities of football players can be used optimally, since the high-speed qualities of football players have several manifestations independent of each other.
