The article presents the results of the introduction of methodological support of the components of the reconstructed structure of education in the discipline "physical education" in schools of the educational type of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Namely, the concept of scientific and methodological support for the implementation of the reconstructed structure of education in the discipline "physical education" has been prepared. Its main purpose is to improve the experience of physical education teachers in the implementation of educational components. Adjustments are given in the preparation of design materials, the implementation of criteria assessment. The training of physical education teachers to overcome difficulties in the implementation of the elements of the reconstructed structure of education has been implemented. These include the effectiveness of setting a guideline and missions; competent construction of design materials; selection of learning tools depending on the properties of students. A road map has been created for the implementation of the components of the concept. Recommendations of the methodological direction on the implementation of the prepared concept are given. As a result of the introduction of the concept, the degree of development of physical conditions of students, their interest in physical activity has improved. The effectiveness of the proposed components of the updated content of education on the subject of "physical culture" is mathematically justified. Through the use of variance analysis, the following hypotheses created by us were reasoned. Two factors influence the 60 m run (speed) indicator: factor A (planning documents) and factor B (teachers' competencies).
