Physical culture as a necessary condition for the formation of a healthy generation

Abstract

The purpose of this scientific research was to study the issue of realization of the goals and objectives of physical culture in view of significant changes in the normative-legal base and in the conditions of the renewed education system. The article outlines the role and importance of physical culture and sport as one of the significant factors in the formation of a harmoniously developed and healthy personality, considers trends in the attitude to physical activity of students in the Kostanay region, makes a comparative analysis of statistical data for 2010, 2016 and 2022 years on the topic of the study. On the basis of the analysis of statistical data, as well as the analysis of opinions of teachers of general educational institutions of Kostanay region, some problems of the current state of physical culture in the education system and organizational and pedagogical conditions of their overcoming are formulated.
