Abstract

The article is devoted to the problem of employment of graduates of the undergraduate educational program “Physical Culture and Sports of the L.N. Gumilyov Eurasian National University. The view of domestic authors on one of the pressing problems of our time is considered - employment of graduates of various specialties from universities in the country. The specifics of the work of the faculty of the department on this issue are revealed. The indicators of employment of graduates over the past 5 years are presented. Measures have been identified to promote the employment of graduates of the educational program 6B01408 - Physical Culture and Sports, both from the state and from the university and the department of physical culture and sports. Based on conversations with graduates, the reasons complicating this process were identified. The authors proposed another measure to help resolve the issue of employment of university graduates.
