Abstract

This article is devoted to the analysis of the problem of early specialization and acceleration of training in modern sports. In the context of the evolution of training methods and development strategies for athletes, various aspects of the impact of early specialization on the physical and psychological state of athletes are considered. The article includes a review of modern research concerning the influence of early specialization on sports achievements, as well as the problems of overload and injuries associated with the forced training process. It concludes with recommendations for developing more balanced and effective training strategies to improve long-term performance and health in athletes. They proposed the method of “sports diversification” as an alternative to early sports specialization. Sports diversification - engaging in several sports at once, gaining rich motor experience. This is a great way to instill a love of sports and a healthy lifestyle in a child.
