Improving the physical fitness of future physical education teachers to work in a rural school

The article examines the leading factors and motives for the physical improvement of future physical education teachers for professional activity in rural schools. As a result of the conducted research, the participants of the experimental group recorded an increase in analytical, methodological, communicative, organizational skills at the level of understanding, execution, analysis and forecasting of their own practical activities. As a pedagogical tool for the process of forming the professional readiness of a future physical education teacher for the conditions of a rural school, a special program and methodology are used, involving the integration of professional and pedagogical knowledge about personal physical culture, the organization of physical self-improvement, the activation of methodological training, through problematic educational, cognitive, pedagogical and research tasks.Based on the results of experimental work, the authors conclude that the formed professional readiness of future physical education teachers to work in rural schools meets the needs of modern society and is successfully implemented in practice.
