Abstract

This article explores the role of international financial institutions and funds in stimulating tourism projects in regions undergoing disarmament processes. The research analyzes the financial support mechanisms of major organizations such as the International Monetary Fund, the World Bank, the Asian Development Bank, and the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development, along with their socio-economic impact. The methodology includes comparative analysis, SWOT analysis, case study, and content analysis. The findings indicate that grants and concessional loans provided by international institutions contribute to infrastructure rehabilitation, job creation, and the strengthening of social stability in disarmed regions. The involvement of NGOs (Non-governmental organization) and local communities enhances the effectiveness and transparency of projects. The development of tourism in disarmed regions positively affects sustainable economic growth, ecological responsibility, and cultural heritage preservation
