Abstract

The article is devoted to the study of innovative management in the field of tourism. The authors consider modern trends and approaches to the implementation of innovations in the tourism industry, analyze key innovative technologies, such as digitalization, the introduction of artificial intelligence, automation of customer service and the use of new forms of marketing. The main objective of the study is to assess the impact of innovations on increasing the competitiveness of tourism companies and improving the quality of customer service. The work also considers the barriers and challenges faced by the tourism industry in the implementation of innovative solutions, as well as ways to overcome these obstacles. An analysis of key indicators of tourism development in the Republic of Kazakhstan for the period from 2014 to 2022 was made, including such indicators as the added value of the tourism industry, consumption of tourism services, the number of visitors and legal entities. The article also presents data on the profit of the travel agency "Kazakh Tourism" and the activities of the Kazakhstan Tourism Association (KTA). In conclusion, practical recommendations are formulated for the effective management of innovations in the tourism sector in order to ensure sustainable development and increase the attractiveness of tourism services.
