Four-component structure of the development of the i-concept, promoting the formation of competences in physical culture and sport in future legal employees

Abstract

The training of jurisprudence employees requires the formation of students of higher education, the ability to carry out adequate introspection and self-assessment of the formation of competencies necessary in future professional activities. The article presents: the classification and features of the work of legal professions, the results of a survey of first-year students of the Faculty of Law, showing their attitude to physical culture and sports, the results of a personality self-esteem test: “I am real”, “I am ideal” according to the Budassi method. On the basis of the conducted research, a four-component structure of the development of the Self-concept (a set of motivational, cognitive, activity, reflexive components) was developed, which contributes to the development of personal responsibility for the formation of competence in the discipline (module) "Physical culture and sport" among university students; developed an individual trajectory of health saving of the student's personality, based on the I-concept, including the four-I relationship: I am aware (i.e. I set a goal). I answer the question: why do I need this? I-activate the possibilities of my body (i.e., I do). I evaluate my condition and physical fitness.
