culture and sports activities of students in higher educational institutions and the author’s methodological
complexes of exercises of a sports orientation. The definition of the term sports load in relation to the
organization of classes in this type of activity is given. The main conceptual position of the methodological
support of physical culture and sports activities of students of higher educational institutions is the integration
of the subject of physical culture with independent sports, which should be the main component of the

methodological complexes allow you to use the maximum number of muscle groups of the musculoskeletal
system and to include the cardio-respiratory system as much as possible, which in turn has a positive effect
