Abstract

The article deals with the formation of personality in the process of education in secondary schools and specialized sports schools.

The main content of the study is the analysis of the potential value of wrestling in the formation of the personality of students.

The features of the training of wrestlers by types of wrestling, the influence of the state of interest in various types of wrestling, the individual capabilities of the student are studied.

In general education and specialized sports schools, ways to optimize the formation of personality in the learning process have been identified. The results of research in the field of the formation of physical culture of students have been confirmed experimentally, important educational and methodological recommendations have been developed. The factors influencing the formation of the personality of wrestlers in a specialized sports school based on the values of wrestling are revealed.
