Abstract

The article points out that at the present stage of development in the Republic of Kazakhstan, special attention is paid to the formation of a healthy lifestyle among the population. In particular, in accordance with the document "National Development Plan of the Republic of Kazakhstan until 2025", it is planned to develop and implement recommendations on the volume of physical activity of our citizens. In accordance with the recommendations of the World Health Organization, it is necessary to devote time to physical activity of medium or high intensity twice a week or more often, aimed at developing muscle strength in all major muscle groups. However, more detailed instructions for the implementation of physical activity aimed at developing muscle strength of all major muscle groups are not given. In this regard, the authors of the article made an attempt to identify relevant evidence-based data that can be useful for developing effective recommendations for optimizing the volume of motor activity aimed at developing muscle strength of all major muscle groups in people leading a healthy lifestyle in modern conditions.
