Abstract

The article presents a comparative general review analysis of the organization of physical education and sport of students in higher educational institutions of Kazakhstan and foreign countries (USA, Great Britain, Australia, China, Russia, and other countries). The problem of managing the system of physical education and sport in the universities of Kazakhstan is gaining a new format in the context of the introduction of new educational technologies and the transformation of the requirements that student youth make as a consumer of services in the field of education. The increase in the level of exercise of physical education and sport in higher educational institutions of Kazakhstan, within the limits of current trends in the modernization of the educational system, including the organization of discipline teaching "Physical education", should be oriented on the positive experience of higher educational institutions of foreign countries, but the accumulated pedagogical experience of previous years and taking into account the influence of national specificities should be preserved. At the same time, the main factors should be the motivational aspects of physical education and sports activities of students, which will influence the development of the innovative concept of higher education institutions in this direction
