Abstract

The article provides an analysis of the main results of the study, which identified the main areas of work with personnel in the soccer industry of the Republic of Kazakhstan - soccer managers, soccer coaches, soccer players and soccer referees. The problems that are associated with the personnel that limit the development of national soccer were analyzed. The analysis of requirements for specialists, educational programs and methodological guidelines, which are aimed at the development of skills and competencies, in each area. Have been studied the regulatory documents of the national and international soccer federations to the level of training and qualification of these specialists. Considered the possibilities and identified options for solutions for staff development, which should have a positive impact on the results at the level of national teams, professional clubs, at youth and junior level and in grassroots soccer.
