The relevance of the issue of the formation of health-saving competence among students is associated with the need of society for highly qualified specialists with a sufficient level of physical and psycho-emotional health. Preservation and strengthening of a student's health is directly related to the level of development of health competence (HSC), which is a set of value orientations, health-saving knowledge, skills and personal qualities. The education system based on outdated traditional rules does not provide the necessary and sufficient level of students' formation of health-saving competence in the process of their professional training. Despite a large number of studies in this area, in the theory and practice of vocational education, insufficient attention is paid to the formation of the formation of health-saving competence of the future teacher, therefore, the purpose of our study is to develop this educational system. formation of competencies to be trained in the unified educational process of the university. One of the fundamental goals of introducing a competency-based model of training a future teacher is to develop his/her health-saving competence in the context of the future professional activity, which is aimed at solving certain skills and abilities. the issue of maintaining health and introducing a healthy lifestyle. The objectives of such training are: to familiarize students with the study of the norms and values of a healthy lifestyle, to develop their readiness and ability to maintain and strengthen their health, cognitive activity, constant interest in teaching, learning organization skills. experience in the use of health-saving technologies.
