Abstract

The article carried out a theoretical examination of the methods concerning the peculiarities of the methods of teaching teenagers taekwondo according to the formal training complex (pumse). The direction of the currently developing sport of taekwondo (WT) is clarified, the basics of special basic, technical training, teaching methods are discussed, the main conditions for performing and describing the correct teaching of the poomsae are highlighted. The definition of "Poomsae" is explained, recommendations are given on the delivery of the "belt" to young athletes studying taekwondo, directions are given according to the rules of attestation to the special degrees of each belt of the poomse complex. The initial rules for the implementation of the poomse complex and methods of effective training of the 1st poomse "Teguk" are considered. The essence of the formal taekwondo training complex (pumse) is determined, which is considered an important training process of basic and technical training of this sport and it is recommended to use this technique for teaching formal taekwondo training complex. The effectiveness of the implementation of this technique has been tested and the role and importance of working out methods of teaching teenagers taekwondo formal training complex (pumse) has been scientifically confirmed
