Abstract

The article presents the results of the expert examination of the planning of sports training of highly qualified teams. Based on the result obtained, it should be said that either there are no fundamental differences between the leagues (with the exception of jumps and jumps), or in relation to each of them. In general, the dynamics of the load is undulating. The examination also showed that the coaches plan the largest amount of loads to achieve the best state of athletic preparation of the team for the start of the competitive mesocycle in the championship, while the amount of load designed for optimal preservation of functional and motor activity throughout the championship is purposefully reduced. Coaches pay special attention to jumping and maintaining jumping stability. They all understand that when the height of the jump and the endurance of the jump decrease, the effectiveness of the gaming activity immediately decreases.
