Abstract

The article points out that at the present stage of development in the Republic of Kazakhstan, special attention is paid to the formation of a healthy lifestyle among the population. In particular, in accordance with the document "National Development Plan of the Republic of Kazakhstan until 2025", it is planned to develop and implement recommendations on the volume of physical activity of our citizens. In this regard, the authors of the article attempted to identify relevant evidence-based data that can be useful for developing effective recommendations for optimizing the volume of motor activity in people leading a healthy lifestyle in modern conditions. The work is in the nature of a review article where, based on a study of relevant sources of scientific information, the authors give updated and adapted recommendations for optimizing the volume of physical activity in people who lead a healthy lifestyle at the age of 18 to 65 and do not have contraindications to physical education and sports.
