The main components of the professional training of a coach in kazaksha kures

Abstract

The article defines the elements of theoretical, methodological and practical preparedness of trainers in Kazaksha kures. The elements of the theoretical preparedness of the Kazaksha kures trainers included: 1) Knowledge of the provisions of the Kazaksha kures training system; theory and technology of teaching training; technology of teaching basic types of physical exercises; psychological and pedagogical laws of the educational and training process; features of the organization of sports work; sanitary and hygienic foundations; construction of sports facilities; provisions for the introduction and preservation of sports devices. Among the elements of the methodological readiness of coaches in Kazaksha kures, the following are highlighted: design; provisions of sports training; mission solving; organization of project work; technology of training, preparation for competitions; conducting medical control; technology of training judges. In the elements of practical preparedness of a coach in Kazaksha kures , the following are indicated: Knowledge of training technology; teaching kazaksha kures; training methodology; judging skills; drafting design documents; determining the level of bodily development; determination of the types of nervous system; tactical conduct of the duel. The rank structure of the components of the professional readiness of the coach in Kazaksha kures is determined. Namely, in the theoretical part, the ranks were distributed as follows. The technology of teaching was in the first positions, followed by knowledge of the psychological characteristics of the students. Knowledge of sanitation and sports facilities were in the last positions. In the methodological part, the dominant positions were taken by the technology of training, the training positions and the design of training. The last positions are given to the preparation of judges for competitions. In the practical part, the first-fourth positions were similar to the methodological block (knowledge of the training methodology, design documents). The high consistency of experts' opinions regarding their ranking of the components of the professional readiness of a coach in kazaksha kures is proved.
