Abstract

The article reveals the modern data of the methodology and organization of improving the physical training of students, the basics of technology for the development of general, special and professional-applied physical abilities in the process of educational, training and independent physical exercises and self-defense classes. The features of women reactions to physical activity, in relation to men athletes, the issues of strengthening physical and moral health, the processes of age-related formation of anatomical and anthropometric indicators characterizing the growth and development of the younger generation, further individual nuances of the club training system that arose in the study of women self-defense, as a more effective form of organization of motor activity, a detailed evidence base of the considered issues has been demonstrated. Practice shows that in some parameters of preparation, women look no worse than men, and in some cases they are also more motor. The martial art of Jujutsu, on the basis of which the authors build self-defense, involves absolutely unusual forms of survival in extremely difficult conditions for the manifestation of aggression, putting a person in the conditions of the need to take countermeasures in order to remain unharmed, including all the most important elements of self-defense.
