Analysis of technical and tactical preparing and individual characteristics of freestyle wrestlers in competitive conditions

Abstract

The article presents an analysis of the competitive activity of freestyle wrestlers. Video recording and registration of technical and tactical actions were carried out in 289 competitive meetings of the championship of the Republic of Kazakhstan in freestyle wrestling in the period from April 27 to May 3, 2018 in Shymkent. As a result of the conducted research, the most frequently performed technical and tactical actions in the rack and stalls, in various weight categories, were established in competition conditions. The effectively executed techniques of the winners and prize-winners of these competitions are evaluated. The level of technical and tactical preparing and individual characteristics of freestyle wrestlers in competition conditions is determined. Thus, technical and tactical actions carried out in competition conditions were identified, and practical recommendations for improving and protecting these techniques were presented.
