Abstract

The article presents research material, the purpose of which was to justify the need for scientific and methodological support of the theoretical foundations of meditative coaching practice in modern karate. A pedagogical experiment was conducted, in which the task of substantiating the influence of motivational efficiency on the level of psychological "burnout" of university students, combined with the study of basic respiratory meditative techniques, was solved. When preparing undergraduates and graduate students in universities, the attention of the teaching staff should be focused not only on physical and spiritual-philosophical training, but also on the development of knowledge of the meditative foundations of the teaching-training and educational process of karate. The development and improvement of meditative technologies, as a rule, contributes to the effective implementation of educational and training activities of karate athletes, and is an important factor in their professional activity. It was possible to establish a reliable relationship between high-quality meditative technologies and pedagogical foundations, as a method and means of psychological training of bachelors at the university.
