Abstract

The presented study provides a comprehensive analysis of the regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan concerning the quality of physical education. The main attention is paid to the systematic development of legislative initiatives, mainly the Law "On Physical Culture and Sports". The analysis revealed positive dynamics in the field of mass sports and popularization of national sports traditions, as well as adaptation to international standards. The results of the study reflect the consistent development in the mass sports sector, the focus of which is aimed at preserving and popularizing national sports methodologies, taking into account their compliance with global standards. At the same time, problematic aspects are emphasized, in particular financing and infrastructure issues. Based on expert opinions and analysis of the regulatory and legal regulation of physical culture and sports in the Republic of Kazakhstan, proposals were formulated to improve the current legislative mechanism.
