The experience of global models of organizational culture formation in sports management in Kazakhstan

The article examines the main determining factors of creating, maintaining and changing organizational culture, the many elements that make up the identity of the organization, as well as the transfer of elements to employees in various ways. Various comparative models of general culture are presented according to the basic values, norms, beliefs and assumptions of the organization, employees and managers, and elements of material culture. The main elements taken into account in organizational practice are shown, forming organizational culture practices and allowing to learn culture. The analysis of domestic and foreign literature in the field of organizational culture in sports management reveals some similar factors that often influence the management and leadership style of sports organizations, the strategic direction and business goals of various groups. As in all public and private institutions, the contribution and profit of sports organizations are linked to the concepts of individual and organizational culture, which are given in sports organizations where interpersonal relationships are in the foreground.
