Abstract

The article presents the factors that determine the features of training specialists in national sports. Criteria for the effectiveness of training specialists in sports are outlined. Namely: mastery of planning methods; high level of skill in your sport; implementation of selection, skills for physical and technical training of their wards; availability of communication skills; ability to model and forecast activities. The problems felt by trainers in preparing students have been identified. Lack of knowledge in the field of sports of national character; inadequacy of knowledge on the implementation of their actions regarding the different nature of athletes; organizing project activities; coordination of methodology and training; monitoring the results of medical supervision.Contradictions in the structure and content of training specialists in national sports are identified. The following blocks are not sufficiently reflected in the educational program. Selection of the main and variable parts in the program. No emphasis is placed on the formation of a national style of physical culture. The project activities of those involved and their preparation as judges are not sufficiently outlined. The issues of Kazaksha Kures training technology are not sufficiently covered.An insufficiently adequate degree of professional competence has been identified. To a greater extent, a reduced, sufficient degree is defined; to a lesser extent average, critical, reference. The initial degree of physical fitness of students corresponded to a low level of development. In accordance with the required standards, the indicator of physical performance of the subjects in the control and experimental groups corresponded to a level below average development.
