Abstract

From the analysis of the educational program Physical Education and sport, among the requirements for the level of students' knowledge, the following competencies can be shown: improvement of biomedical and psychological and pedagogical features of physical culture, mass and basic sports at school; analysis of the correspondence of the physiological capabilities of the body and the strength entering the body depending on age, gender, level of sports qualifications; optimization of physical and athletic training, effective use of natural environmental conditions, medical and biological control; mastering the skills and abilities of applying theoretical knowledge in professional activity, responsible attitude to the results of pedagogical activity. Systematizing the content of these competencies, it can be noted that specialists of "physical education and sport" should have theoretical and practical knowledge of human anatomy, physiology, human psychology. In accordance with the legislation of the Ministry of Education and Science about changes of academic and managerial independence of universities in Kazakhstan, educational programs of universities are made up by departments on specialists. When forming educational programs, the proposals of students and employers are taken into account. However, despite of the fact that this independence has many positive aspects, there is a contradiction between the content, academic periods, disciplines in the educational programs of universities that train the same specialist in Kazakhstan. This is an actual problem and it is necessary to take into account this problem.
