The article examines the experience of creating a system of admission to practical training of students in the field of Tourism in the field of promotion of tourist products on the example of the travel company «Evisa Travel». The authors of the article describe the practical training system in the company, analyze its effectiveness and offer recommendations on the development and implementation of such programs for universities and other travel companies. The system is based on the reversible principle (from the reverse) and methods of creative solutions to inventive tasks according to G. Altshuller, as well as the concept of studying theoretical knowledge directly related to the professional and commercial activities of the chosen practice base, and also offers an in-depth study of «smart» technologies in tourism before starting practice, which allows students to obtain the widest possible range of practical knowledge and skills, as well as to be in demand and expected by an intern with high loyalty from the employer. The article presents the results of a survey of students and focus groups with employers, as well as a SWOT analysis for interns and travel companies in the direction of choosing a place of practice and the advantages of enrolling students.
