Abstract

The development of medical tourism in Kazakhstan is currently gaining special significance through the help of digital technologies and telemedicine. The research revealed that telemedicine platforms play a crucial role in establishing remote connections with foreign patients. These platforms help enhance the efficiency of processes such as preliminary consultations, diagnostic assessments, and the development of treatment plans. As a result, the competitiveness of Kazakhstan's medical tourism sector increases.
