Abstract

In this article, we analyzed the possibilities of applying an innovative approach to training future
physical culture and sports specialists on a professional basis. In accordance with modern requirements,
the main factor in the development of the education system is the humanization of knowledge, and
one of its main directions is innovative education. In this regard, in the course of the study, we identified
innovative directions for determining the pedagogical and substantive essence, which are effectively
used in the training of future specialists in the field of Physical Culture and Sports: Physical Education,
healthy lifestyle education, Olympic education. On this basis, we conducted an in-depth analysis of the
possibilities of innovative approaches, readiness for innovative activities, and the fact that pedagogical
technology should not be limited only to the methods and forms of Organization of the possibility of using
teaching tools. Based on the analysis of the works of scientists, the structure of readiness for pedagogical
activity was shown as follows: psychological readiness theoretical readiness for pedagogical activity,
practical readiness, political, ideological readiness, the presence of culture and worldview of the
future specialist, the development of the necessary level of pedagogical capabilities, the presence of
professional orientation of the future specialist’s personality. The results of the empirical study conducted
a survey among future specialists «opportunities for future specialists to perceive innovations», the
information materials of which were characterized by the methods of analysis, differentiation, tables,
drawings, diagrams, which allowed us to make the following conclusions: in general, the results of
the study showed that the perception of pedagogical innovations, the implementation of innovative
activities in their activities, professional activities have an average motivational value, but there is still a
need to increase interest.
