The influence of various warm-up methods on the effectiveness of athletics jumps

The article presents the results of a study of the effect of various exercises on the effectiveness of athletics jumps. It is known that to increase the effectiveness of any sports exercises, various exercises (warm-up) are performed. These warm-up exercises contribute to achieving effective results. This study examined the effects of passive rest and four different exercises such as jumping, running exercises, stretching exercises and combined exercises for height, distance and jumping speed. According to the results obtained, it is known that different warm-up exercises have different effects on the height, duration and speed of the jump.
