Elements of innovation in undergraduate and graduate tourism educational programs

The study is devoted to a comprehensive analysis of educational programs in the field of tourism, the very structure of the selection and introduction of disciplines of educational programs in Kazakhstan. The principles of differentiation of subjects by degrees are proposed on the example of the specialty "Tourism", the ability to formulate programs based on the mission, goals and values of the university, proposals for the development of a new generation of modular programs, which include the development of the student's ability to intellectual, cultural, moral and professional self-development and self-improvement. It is proposed to improve the Concept of the educational program by including elements of Bloom's taxonomy, as well as to clearly distinguish between disciplines that provide conceptual knowledge, cognitive knowledge, procedural knowledge and professional competencies.
