Optimization of the level of knowledge formation of students and teachers of physical culture through the use of national outdoor games

In this article, as the main direction, the features of the direct connection of the Kazakh National Games
with ethnic principles, traditions and customs of the people are considered. In addition, the article describes
the information of foreign scientists who studied the history and stages of development of Kazakh National
Games, their connection with the culture, everyday life and traditions of the people. The article also reveals
methods for determining the level of Organization of the system of physical education based on the Kazakh
National Games. For this purpose, groups formed from high school students were divided according to the
level of formation of interest in the Kazakh National Games. The results of a test questionnaire conducted to
analyze the individual characteristics of students ‘ attitude to physical culture are presented. The article also
reflects the results of research conducted to determine the impact of personal characteristics of a physical
education teacher on improving the ability of students to improve their personal health
