The article discusses key concepts and innovative approaches to managing modern service technologies in the hotel business. Particular attention is paid to improving the quality of service and the prospects for the development of the hospitality industry in Almaty. An analysis of the strengths and weaknesses of the hotel business, as well as the possibilities of its digitalization, is carried out. The factors influencing the innovative development of the service sector and the degree of implementation of modern technologies in the hotels of Kazakhstan are studied. Based on the results of the study, recommendations are formulated aimed at increasing the efficiency of digitalization and overcoming potential challenges. The findings confirm that Kazakhstan has significant potential for the implementation of innovative technologies in the hotel business.
