Abstract

This article comprehensively analyzes the pedagogical and physiological foundations of the organization of physical education classes in secondary schools, taking into account the sexual characteristics of students. The research work is carried out on a theoretical and analytical basis, the influence of differences in morphofunctional, psycho-emotional and behavioral characteristics of students on the effectiveness and safety of the educational process is considered. An analysis of the scientific literature revealed an increased risk of injury in classes conducted without taking into account gender differences, a decrease in student interest and motor activity. Physical education classes conducted in developed countries of Europe and East Asia have been analyzed, and it has been established that physical education classes conducted taking into account the gender characteristics of students in these countries can optimize the learning load, increase physical activity and ensure psychological stability. The results of the study prove the scientific and pedagogical importance of effective organization of physical education classes, taking into account the anatomical and physiological development of boys and girls, the level of proficiency in motor skills and the characteristics of social adaptation. A survey of 1,644 high school students and 185 physical education teachers was also conducted in 47 schools in the southern region of Kazakhstan, the results of which allowed us to determine the relevance of the research work.
