Creative approach in the organization of the educational process according to the educational program "Tourism"

In this article, the authors present the results of a study in the field of applying a creative approach to the organization of the educational process according to the educational program "Tourism", namely in the development of programs, disciplines and training sessions with the aim of forming sustainable professional competencies. In the course of the research, an urgent request for the development of creative tourism was identified, through the formation of a methodology for a creative approach to the training of tourist personnel. The concept of a creative approach to tourism education has been defined and clarified. The authors present the results of an empirical study and the application of the developed methodology in the organization of creative activities for the educational program "Tourism" on the example of specific disciplines. These studies will make it possible to have a qualitative impact on the development of tourism education in the Republic of Kazakhstan.
