This article explores the issue of comprehensive methodological training for boxers at the stage of sports excellence. This phase is of particular importance for athletes striving to achieve maximum results and succeed at the elite level. The study proposes an effective set of exercises aimed at developing physical fitness through indirect training methods. The presented training system enables coaches to optimize the educational and training process, enhance athletes' professional skills, and monitor their strengths and weaknesses during preparation. In addition, the article addresses specific challenges faced by boxers at this level, including the need to improve psychological and pedagogical readiness, maintain motivation, refine technical skills, and adapt to increasing competitive pressure. The results of this study are expected to serve as a valuable methodological resource for coaches and athletes aiming to achieve optimal performance under the modern demands of professional boxing.
